Three Steps to Live Life on Your Own Terms
“The indispensable first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: Decide what you want.”

Wow. Can we talk about this quote from author Ben Stein? It’s nothing less than a road map to the perfect life . . . an action plan for a life filled with amazingness. And all you have to do is . . .
Decide what you want.

But how easy is that, really? The truth is, we live in some crazy times. In fact, while tons of new stressors drop into our lives, most people already had imbalances that kept stress at an all-time high.
You know what I mean:
Fitness: Excess weight? Poor nutrition? Little exercise?
Finance: Crushing debt? No retirement plan?
Family: Kids out of control? Marriage on life support?
Field: Career stress? Job loss? Low pay or no benefits?
Faith: No time for a daily relationship with God?
Friends: Toxic friends that create chaos? No mentors?
Fun: No vacations, adventures, parties, or fun in years?

If you’ve been following my posts, you know I’m big into getting what you want in the 7 major areas of your life. It’s something I learned from Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl—The Oola Guys—who teach how to find balance in our unbalanced world.

Now, as a Certified Oola Life Coach, I help clients address what’s not working in each of the 7 areas. Then we go to work correcting those stressors and bringing about the lifestyle, relationships and financial security they need to be happy, balanced and growing.

So what could living the Oola life look like for you?

I’ve got a list of tips that will give you some clarity. Message me  and I’ll get a copy out to you right away.

Of course, I’d love to help you beyond just useful tips. In fact, lifestyle decisions and personal growth are two of the best reasons to work with a life coach. Without family pressure, opinions, or judgment, we can look at what YOU really want and how you might improve, grow, learn, or transition—safely and sensibly—into a situation that’s far better than the one you’re in now.

Message me to talk more about how coaching works. You were made for greatness. Let’s go get that outstanding life for you.

How I started to Live Differently

I created this practice after experiencing firsthand how emotional patterns can keep us stuck - even when we "know better."

I saw so many people carrying invisible burdens—stress, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, grief, burnout, and patterns that kept them feeling stuck. I watched people do everything they were "supposed" to do while still feeling disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed, or unable to create lasting change. I knew there had to be a more compassionate and holistic approach to healing.

I created this practice to offer a space where healing is not about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are beneath the layers of stress, survival patterns, fear, and programing. I believe each person already holds incredible wisdom and healing capacity within them. Sometimes we simply need support, guidance, and the right tools to help uncover it.

My belief about healing is that you are not broken. Healing is not a straight line, and it does not happen by forcing or striving. It happens when we create space to listen—to our bodies, our emotions, our beliefs, and the deeper messages beneath them. Healing invites us to approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

My approach is both intuitive and practical because lasting transformation requires both. I blend Reiki, Aroma Freedom Technique, and practical coaching to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, emotions, and energy. Through Reiki, I help create space for restoration, balance, and energetic alignment. Through Aroma Freedom Technique, we gently uncover and release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks that may be keeping you stuck. And through practical coaching, we turn awareness into meaningful action and real-life change.

I trust intuition as an important part of the healing process. I listen deeply—not only to what is spoken but also to the patterns and themes that may be asking for attention. At the same time, I believe insight becomes most powerful when paired with grounded, practical steps that help you integrate healing into your everyday life.

My role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to walk beside you as you rediscover your own inner wisdom, healing capacity, and path forward. Together, we create a process that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with who you are.

I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
