Make Life Simple

Have you noticed? It’s all too easy to overcomplicate our lives with too many commitments, too much financial stress, and not enough downtime. We fill our days with activities and priorities that don’t really contribute to the ultimate dream life we want to create. In a way, these complications are actually robbing us of our future.

So what’s the solution? Simplify.

If you’ve been following my posts, you know I’m big into calming the chaos, de-stressing your day, and getting what you want in the 7 major areas of life. It’s something I learned from Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl—The OolaGuys—who teach how to create balance in our unbalanced world.

Now, as a Certified Oola Life Coach, I help clients address what’s not working for them in the areas of fitness, finance, field (career), family, faith, friends and fun. Then we go to work correcting those stressors and bringing about the lifestyle, relationships and financial security they need to be happy, balanced and growing.

So what could your Oola lifestyle look like once you simplify? To begin, could you:

Fitness: Trade that TV show for a walk after dinner?

Finance: List your debts and pay off the smallest ones?

Family: Establish a no-electronics-on-Sundays policy?

Field: Streamline the stressful parts of your job?

Faith: Trade social media time for meditation time?

Friends: Distance yourself from toxic friends?

Fun: Seek out local after-work activities you enjoy?

Overcommitment and stress has no place in your amazing life. So whatever’s stressing you, make your list, then let’s talk about how you can simplify before working on bringing about your dream life.

Of course, the 7 areas above come from The OolaGuys. If you’ve been following my past posts, you know that I’ve joined forces with Dave and Troy to bring my followers the Oola formula via a 10-week coaching experience designed to transform your life, your finances, your relationships and more. Text me @ 570-575-3077 and we can jump on a call about it.
