Accelerate Your Success with Reliability

Accelerate Your Success with Reliability

Integrity is who we are when no one else can see what we’re doing. When we practice integrity, it allows for people to trust us. And following through on our commitments makes us reliable—including for new opportunities that come up.

I know you’re working hard on achieving goals for your life, and integrity will actually attract the open doors you need to move from small wins to even bigger wins.

When people see you as trustworthy, honest, transparent, and forthright about mistakes and setbacks, it creates a vibe and momentum around you that’s compelling. People want to be associated with those who actually do what they say they’ll do. Your integrity instills confidence. You become reliable, consistent, and bankable.

Of course, the most important promises you’ll keep are with yourself. If you’re going to commit to a goal, honor it—just as you would honor your word to someone else.

Cut through the daily clutter, focus on what’s important, create a daily to-do list of tasks, and stay accountable for making progress.

As a Certified Oola Life Coach, that’s where I can help.

In fact, as your coach, my job is to help you turn your dreams into achievable goals—then provide accountability as you pursue those goals with enthusiasm, one step at a time. Together, we’ll focus on ways to reach career milestones, personal goals and lifestyle objectives. But most importantly, I’m here to hold you accountable for making progress in every major area of your life.

Why not message me and see if it’s right for you? Or, you can read more about it here. Achieve your best life with Oola Coaching. I would be privileged to work with you in getting there.

Accelerate Your Success with Smart Decisions

Accelerate Your Success with Smart Decisions

Oprah Winfrey once advised: “Turn your wounds into wisdom.”

When we’re in action, learning new skills and taking risks, some of the best lessons we learn are from our mistakes and our losses. When we push past the loss and learn from the experience, we achieve true wisdom. We realize that loss doesn’t define us; it’s just part of the journey.

Of course, learning lessons doesn’t always have to be a struggle.

We can also gain wisdom from the fun times in life. For instance, if we want to know what authentic Italian food tastes like, we can go to Italy and find out. If we want to learn firsthand about the amazing culture of London, we don’t have to read about it in a book; we can go to London and explore it for ourselves.

It’s very cool to gain wisdom through life experiences. But there’s another way that wisdom comes to us as we work on our goals: through mentors and advisors we seek out.

Luckily, there are all kinds of people who are wise in any area you’re working on. Adding mentors to your life and nurturing those relationships is a strategy that will get you to your goals faster—by learning through their experiences and expertise.

Let me ask a question: Could you amplify your life and gain wisdom through your own experience and the experience of others?

Coaching people in working on life changes is something I do through a unique coaching program designed around the bestselling book and lifestyle formula: Oola.

More than 20 years ago, two holistic physicians—Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl—created Oola to help people establish new habits, practice new ways of living, and take those daily actions that are key to bringing life into balance (then keeping it that way).

I became a Certified Oola Life Coach to help others achieve this same balance and start creating an even better future.

Shouldn’t we talk about where you want to go in life? It takes just 30 minutes to find out how the Oola coaching formula + weekly coaching sessions (just the two of us) can get you there. Message me about it and let’s jump on a call soon.

Create Your Dream Life One Step at a Time

Create Your Dream Life One Step at a Time

You are smart, successful, beautiful and accomplished. You’re capable, lovable, talented, and interesting. In fact, your life has so much potential.

One way to achieve that potential is to keep powerful goals in front of you.

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been talking about decluttering your life and getting ready to pursue your unique life purpose.

Now the rubber meets the road: it’s time to set goals and assign daily tasks that are the stepping stones to achieving the extraordinary life that’s waiting for you.

One goalsetting strategy that I learned from human-potential experts Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl—authors of the bestselling book, Oola: Find Balance in an Unbalanced World—is to set 21 goals, then narrow those to 7 goals you can truly focus on. When you do decide on those 7, you can further narrow your list to the one goal that will literally transform and amplify your life once you achieve it. It might be:

• Go back to school and get an advanced degree

• Land your dream job or start your dream business

• Lose 50 pounds or upgrade your style

• Meet your soulmate and start a new life as a couple

• Retire early and travel the world as a blogger

What’s the single most powerful goal in your life that will really move your life ahead? What’s the one goal that’s worth pursuing with passion? Drop a comment below and share it with us (if it’s not too personal).

The fact is that your dream life is waiting for you on the other side of your goals. As a Certified Oola Life Coach, I work with individuals to create goals that matter, then pursue them intelligently and efficiently until they’re achieved. In fact, I’ve teamed up with Dave and Troy to bring you the Oola Coaching Program designed to help you bring balance and set goals in all 7 major life areas: Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends and Fun. Not only does bringing balance lower your stress, it also frees your mind to achieve the dream life you really want.

Message me to talk about how coaching works to improve your finances, career, business, wellness, relationships and more.

Don’t settle for ordinary when extraordinary is within you.

Find Your Calling and Unique Life Purpose

Find Your Calling and Unique Life Purpose

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been posting about decluttering your life and making space for something new.

But have you thought about what “new” means for you?

Inside all of us is a life purpose . . . a reason you were put on this Earth. There’s a unique calling on your life that requires your attention. And while most people float through their day unaware of the bigger picture, the truth is that you are here to be, do and have a life that’s exceptional.

Clarifying what that exceptional purpose is—then organizing your lifestyle to bring about this dreamy future—is what will transform your life into an awesome journey.

But how do you know what your life purpose is?

• What inspires you to wake up and tackle your day?

• What career is so much fun you’d do it for free?

• What activity calls to you and gives you joy?

Whatever your big vision is, drop a comment below and tell us about it (if it’s not too personal). Then go one step further and share one thing you could do to start pursuing that vision.

Of course, if you could use some help clarifying your unique life purpose, then get help making serious lifestyle changes in order to pursue it, I have good news: I’ve teamed up with Oola authors Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl to bring you a 10-week focused approach to creating a life that’s balanced, purposeful, and growing.

Create Space and Eliminate What is Blocking You

Create Space and Eliminate What is Blocking You

“Get rid of clutter and you may just find it was blocking the door you’ve been looking for.”

I love this quote from author Katrina Mayer. It reminds me that, if we don’t continually tend to our environment and time commitments, then clutter builds, emails overwhelm, workspaces can become unrecognizable, and our calendar soon exhausts us. We don’t feel like we have time to do anything productive, so we end up immobilized—doing nothing, instead of working on our goals.

If this describes your life, the key is to create space for something new, while focusing on positive, long-term goals.

If the past year has been a blur of too much stress, too many time bandits stealing your future, and an overall feeling that you can’t escape the clutter that’s impacting your day-to-day life, why not start working on creating a life that’s balanced, growing and purposeful instead?

It’s time to strip away the clutter of everyday life and truly live the authentic desires of your heart as if nothing else matters.

More than 20 years ago, two holistic physicians—Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl—created Oola to help people establish new habits, practice new ways of living, and take those daily actions that are key to bringing life into balance (then keeping it that way). Today, “The OolaGuys” are founders with countless successful clients around the world.

I discovered for myself that the Oola formula helps calm the chaos and bring balance to major areas of life, including fitness, finances, family, career, and more. I became a Certified Oola Life Coach to help others achieve this same balance and start creating an even better future.

Shouldn’t we talk about where you want to go in life? It takes just 30 minutes to find out how the Oola coaching formula + weekly coaching sessions with just the two of us can get you there. Message me now or text "Tell me more" to 570-575-3077 and let’s jump on a call soon.

You deserve it. Your dreams are worth it. Let’s work together on getting you to the Oola Life.
