Create More Cash Flow
Need more cash-flow to get a handle on your finances? Recently, I’ve been sharing strategies for improving your finances, including cancelling services and scaling back.

But economizing will only get you so far. Some people simply need to bring in more cash. If you’re self-employed, this is easy: either take on more work, or negotiate higher rates for your products and services by educating customers on the higher value of what you have to offer.
If you work for a company, there are still ways you can create more cash to get your financial house in order. Here are a few:

Become a weekend entrepreneur. For a few months or several times a year, take on projects (or a second job) that pay hefty sums like seasonal tax preparation, organizing and clean-up, ghostwriting a book, or helping a caterer.
Ask the payroll department at your workplace to redirect part of your paycheck to a new savings account you set up. Decide on the bare minimum you really need in your paycheck, then redirect the remainder. Use that money to pay down small debts.
Add up your random expenses (eating out, buying home décor or clothes, ordering stuff on Amazon) and for 90 days, stop all discretionary spending. Use the extra money to pay off a bill or eliminate a small debt.
Start selling stuff on Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, or gazelle.com. Decluttering not only makes your living space feel more tranquil, the extra money will have a calming effect on your financial stress, too.
Create a plan to pay off your credit cards within one year, then call your card issuers to ask for a 0%-for-one-year rate. Consolidate your other balances onto a single card and aggressively pay it off, saving tons of interest.

Of course, finding more cash to handle your immediate financial headaches is only a part of the process of creating overall balance in your life. If you think working with a coach to keep you on track is something that would get you to a balanced life faster, I’m here to help.

How I started to Live Differently

I created this practice after experiencing firsthand how emotional patterns can keep us stuck - even when we "know better."

I saw so many people carrying invisible burdens—stress, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, grief, burnout, and patterns that kept them feeling stuck. I watched people do everything they were "supposed" to do while still feeling disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed, or unable to create lasting change. I knew there had to be a more compassionate and holistic approach to healing.

I created this practice to offer a space where healing is not about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are beneath the layers of stress, survival patterns, fear, and programing. I believe each person already holds incredible wisdom and healing capacity within them. Sometimes we simply need support, guidance, and the right tools to help uncover it.

My belief about healing is that you are not broken. Healing is not a straight line, and it does not happen by forcing or striving. It happens when we create space to listen—to our bodies, our emotions, our beliefs, and the deeper messages beneath them. Healing invites us to approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

My approach is both intuitive and practical because lasting transformation requires both. I blend Reiki, Aroma Freedom Technique, and practical coaching to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, emotions, and energy. Through Reiki, I help create space for restoration, balance, and energetic alignment. Through Aroma Freedom Technique, we gently uncover and release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks that may be keeping you stuck. And through practical coaching, we turn awareness into meaningful action and real-life change.

I trust intuition as an important part of the healing process. I listen deeply—not only to what is spoken but also to the patterns and themes that may be asking for attention. At the same time, I believe insight becomes most powerful when paired with grounded, practical steps that help you integrate healing into your everyday life.

My role is not to tell you who to become. My role is to walk beside you as you rediscover your own inner wisdom, healing capacity, and path forward. Together, we create a process that feels supportive, empowering, and aligned with who you are.

I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.
