There are many ways to be tired. Family issues, financial issues, just plain exhausted and can't seem to fall asleep. For a better nights rest:
1. Turn off the TV and all electronic stimulation at least 30 minutes before bed. Read or clean the house at this hour to get rid of that excess energy.

Stressed
Stress also comes in may styles. You could have stress at work, stress from situations that come up in your life or maybe you are a worrier.

More Time
We all need to have more time these days. Here are a few quick tips to get more time in your day.
1. Avoid Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media distractions.
2. Plan your day the night before on a 3x5 index card. Put a line down the middle. On the left side write down the things your day requires you to do. On the right side write down three things you want to do to get to a personal goal. Do the ones on the right first!
3. Do the things you hate to do first thing in the morning if possible. Getting these out of the way reduces your chances of procrastinating. All it takes is 20 seconds of courage to get it done!
